My life has certain finger prints on it. If you think about it, yours does too. Some of those finger prints are smudged, some are faded, and some have been rubbed off. There are, however, those prints that are crisp, clean, clear, and deeply embedded.
Much of my career has involved helping people. Depending on the day of the week and the organization it may be referred to as customer service, client care, cycle of service… at the end of the day it’s simply helping people. That help may take on any number of forms, sites, sounds, and smells depending on the company and line of business. It may be a quick fix, the flip of a switch, or it may require a longer time and energy investment.
